Bandari Beauty offers personalised skincare solutions through a range of local and international products, alongside in-store, virtual, and dermatological consultations for clients addressing specific skincare concerns.
Their audience is skincare enthusiasts and individuals aged 24–45 seeking tailored regimens. The challenge: maintaining a consistent social media presence, diversifying content, and the lack of dedicated social media and content management to grow the brand online.
What we did
We took on full social media and content management for Bandari Beauty — content creation and curation, campaigns from strategy to execution, product shoot direction, community management, e-commerce management, Canva design, event coverage, and strategy development across Instagram, TikTok, and e-commerce. The goal: increase engagement, drive inquiries and sales, and boost their overall online presence.
Our approach
We built a detailed content calendar for consistency across carousels, reels, and UGC, and used interactive Instagram stories (polls, question stickers) to invite participation. Influencer marketing helped us reach relevant audiences, and we aligned content with skincare trends to drive visibility — blending organic and paid content into a strong, recognisable presence while fostering community and addressing real skincare needs.

Best Kept Secrets explores God, love, life, and the experiences that shape Christian living, engaging believers aged 24–35 seeking meaningful conversations. Despite a clear vision, the podcast's Instagram lacked consistency, and Sharon needed to focus on production — so she entrusted the page to us.
What we did
We managed the Instagram presence in line with the podcast's vision — social media management, content creation, community management and engagement, and a long-term growth strategy to build follower count, engagement, and influence within the faith community.

Over a focused engagement from November 2022 to February 2023 across Instagram and Facebook, we set out to build a credible brand presence organically while reaching investors and homebuyers.
We led with research — scripting captivating, high-quality content and publishing it on a strategic monthly calendar that kept a coherent flow across platforms. Drawing on design expertise in Canva, we curated a diverse, visually striking content mix that established a strong online brand identity and lifted both visibility and engagement. Throughout, we tracked brand mentions and engaged with followers in real time, nurturing a vibrant, growing community around the brand.
Results
In the Jan–Feb period: 180,270 Instagram reach (up 99.4%) · 13,559 profile visits (up 43%) · 87.4% follower growth (1,683 new followers) · 11.1K post engagement (up 17.8%) · Facebook reach up 109.8%. The core audience stayed concentrated among 25–44 year olds based in Nairobi — the key real estate investment demographic in Kenya.
